Service Description. This Site describes Gutter Cleaning Service, Lawn Care, Residential Landscaping, Snow Removal, Tree Service, Hedge Trimming provided by Toni's Landscape Maintenance and Services. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Toni's Landscape Maintenance and Services or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
